The ID converter provides a table of the Os IDs and MSU's LOC_Os IDs. The IDs were related if their exons overlapped in the genome. A complete list of the Os IDs and MSU's LOC_Os IDs can be obtained from the RAP-DB download site. See also the rice gene nomenclature page.
NOTE 1. Even if transcripts of RAP and MSU overlap, the proteins encoded occasionally differ.
NOTE 2. Predicted genes without evidence of expression can be searched for.
